For a unique series partnered with Kennedy Krieger Institute, we embedded ourselves in the community to capture the organization’s groundbreaking Neurodiversity at Work program. In Episode 1, we joined the team in Baltimore’s Meals on Wheels kitchen for the day.

An ability to capture story and emotion from challenging places is a defined skill at Dalo Deka. In Episode 2, we did a ride along with one of Kennedy Krieger’s team’s at Hertz Rent-a-Car in the hotbed of BWI Airport.

We value our professionalism on set, as it allows us to access areas not everyone else can. In Episode 3, we joined an amazing team at NIH’s Children’s Inn to capture the amazing work they do on site.

In Episode 4, we join a fast paced crew at Maryland’s local Book Bank. Reaching all corners of a story is taken seriously as every person has something to share.

In the final Episode of our Neurodiversity at Work series, we highlight Kennedy Krieger’s CORE Foundations team. The program’s goal was to bring to light the work their teams do in a fun, dynamic, and shareable way. This series of short form videos wove together that message, emotion, and meaning so they can continue growing their job sites and teammates.
